$80,000 claim from minor accident
This came after involving in a minor accident with a taxi two years ago where the insurance claim from the cabby escalated to more than $80,000.
From the pictures posted, it look like a minor accident where the STOMPer had stopped behind the taxi along a slip road. As the taxi move off, he also did the same but couldn’t stop in time when the cabby suddenly decide to stop, when there was clearly no oncoming vehicles.
Being his first accident experience, he was puzzled as to why the cabby got off his taxi with a big smile on his face, and appeared to be a nice person, checking the safety of everyone first.
